Jane interviewed one of her mentees, Luke Willcock on his incredible achievement of acquiring a £1.35M commercial conversion using private investor funds.  In this episode, Jane and Luke discuss how to approach investors, experiences with business partners and what Luke has learnt from his first property development project, guided by Jane.  Luke is one of Jane’s mentees and works closely with her on the property as well as business developments.  He has always had a passion for business and his background includes starting and growing companies in signage and interiors as well as vehicle wrapping and ppe screening and supplies.
