Gavel is finally up for her panel at the Infernal All-Thing, with numerous allies and enemies alike in attendance. As the Circle sets plans in motion to confront Final Glimmer of Fallen Stars, the sheer scope of the Deathlords and their Neverborn masters becomes evident. As does Mnemon Loki's hidden machinations in the con, and Ouroborous still trying to drive a wedge between the elite of demonkind. And...did our heroes really deal with the kingpin of the corrupted peaches of immortality racket? Or was that a false front? Aura has to walk a social tightrope in the Tepet Etep follow-up, and with confronting an aggressively ambivalent Ligier in the All-Thing royal workshop! Lythander has to make a choice between his soulsteel-breaking motivations and his own current panopoly, and suffers yet another betrayal so soon after Amir soul-divorced him! Gavel takes the measure of the Infernal Host as both allies and enemies, and admits some truths to herself about her relationships with the other Chosen! Bramble-Fist Yao airs the Abyssal Exalted's dirty laundry for everyone to see! And while Ligier gives the champions their due, his reagents for his craft are as enigmatic and taxing as always.
