Co-Host Brad Forsythe interviews Rance Crain, Editor-in-Chief of Advertising Age Magazine and President of Crain Communcations. Rance Crain started his career at Crain Communications as a reporter for Advertising Age in its Washington bureau and later worked in the New York and Chicago offices of that publication. In 1965 he was named a senior editor of Advertising Age and was appointed the first editor of Business Insurance in 1967. He assumed the position of editorial director of Crain Communications in 1971 and added the title of president in 1973. He also serves as editor-in-chief of several Crain titles, and writes an every-other-week column for Advertising Age. Mr. Crain founded four of the company’s 30 titles — Pensions & Investments, Crain’s Chicago Business, Television Week (formerly Electronic Media) and Crain’s New York Business.
