By creating a safe space, it will encourage everyone else to follow through with their commitments and have a productive work environment. In this episode, we discuss the importance of adapting and moving forward after a conflict. We are constantly working on ourselves and our business that at times we can get so worked up, we forget to step back, listen, adapt and move forward.
