We are looking into Empathy, Sympathy and Compassion and what are the differences. It is very important to know those differences because it could help to prevent you from being an Enabler. People that we love are sometimes still suffering in Active Addiction and while we want to help, we have to know when we are helping and when we are just perpetuating the addiction.
