In this episode, Dr. G reviews his observations of a conference he attended that was organized and developed by groups of people that are generally considered to be 70-80% ADHD.  As you might imagine, it was a very high energy, active event with lots of noise and movement. It had all the presentations in one large hall with close to 10 presentations all going on at the same time. The presentations were all different lengths, which made arranging your schedule very difficult at first. It was easy for me to get get a little stressed out initially, but eventually I learned to relax and enjoy the energy.. It was easily the event that had the most considerate people of any event I have attended - and I've attended a lot of events. Thank you for tuning into this episode of our podcast.
