“Adherence”

Adherence! Now there’s a word that’s not used to often. Well at least when it comes to me. I am discussing my experiences with my abilities to stick to my plan or idea or beliefs. Adherence speaks to our “self efficacy” level. If we start something will we finish it? How many times have you started something and not finished it? Ya me too. I have been there and done that only to do it again in hopes of learning something new about myself. Adherence is key if I want to live my truth. So I work on that part of myself along with every other part of me to give me the best chances at being a successful human being. What’s that mean? Treating people kind and being of service to my fellow man. I haven’t always been this version of myself, however I am glad that we have FINALLY met.
