And it does not lead to a transformed life that reflects God's character. Separation from God Self-righteousness will cut you off from God completely. Whenever you disobey God’s word you have left the righteousness of God to walk in your own righteousness and the danger is that, you are completely cut off or separated from God (Genesis 3:8-13, 22-24, Genesis 4:8-16, Colossians 1:21).
