Why Should you Take Heed? 1. Deception will be Widespread or Common. 4. Unforgiveness can lead to the Root of Bitterness Springing Up in you which can cause the Grace of God to Fail in your Life. The root of Bitterness does something spiritually dangerous to your soul. And that is seen in the original meaning of the word ‘defile.’ The Word “Defile” is the Greek word “miainō” which means the following: •Once bitterness enters your soul, you become stained or tainted with filth in the spirit.  •You have been dyed with another Color. •You become polluted and contaminated. •You have been defiled with Sin. 5. Unforgiveness Gives Satan an Advantage of a Foothold or Space in your Life. When people hold offenses, it opens a door for the enemy. The spirit of unforgiveness is a condition of the heart where a person refuses to release an offense, cancel a wrong, or let go of bitterness toward someone who has hurt or offended them.  1. Unforgiveness blocks the flow of God’s mercy, grace and Answers to  Prayers. Unforgiveness which block the flow of the grace of God in your life. It will stop God from showing you mercy because there is unforgiveness as a result of you also not showing mercy. Only those who show mercy are permitted in the realm of the spirit to obtain mercy - Mathew 5:7, Mark 11:25-26. 2. Unforgiveness Withholds God’s Forgiveness. Jesus taught that our willingness to forgive others is directly connected to receiving forgiveness from God. Unforgiveness places a barrier between a believer and God - Mark 11:26, Mathew 6:14-15, Mathew 18:23-35. 3. Unforgiveness Imprisons the Heart. 3. Hatred Is a Work of the Flesh •Hatred is named among the works produced by the flesh. Hatred arises from the fallen nature when the flesh dominates a person’s life - Galatians 5:19-21. •Hatred is Opposes the Fruit of the Spirit. Hatred is the opposite of love hence it belongs to the works of the flesh, not the fruits of the Spirit - Galatians 5:22 •Hatred is the Product of Living in Darkness. A person ruled by hatred may show these signs: •Constant bitterness toward others •Rejoicing when others suffer •Inability to forgive •Desire for revenge •Speaking evil or slander •A person with hatred grieves the Holy Spirit and hinders spiritual growth. Leviticus 19:16-17 Hatred Opposes the Nature of God God calls believers to walk in love. Hatred is therefore a contradiction to the life of Christ in a believer. The Church has been adopted into the family of heaven through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross (Romans 8:14-17).The Word that makes us part of God’s family is adoption, which is the Greek word “uihothesia” pronounced “hwee-oth-es-ee'-ah”. Here is the definition of adoption:•Adoption Speaks of Covenant Relationship.The same covenant relationship which God is pleased to establish between Himself and the Israelites in preference to all other nations. Adoption brings every single gentile into the same realm of covenant relationship with God. So adoption speaks of bringing the gentiles into the same covenant relationship God had with Israel not a different one. •Adoption is the Receiving of the DNA of God through indwelling of the Holy Spirit.What actually makes you a child of God is the infusion of the DNA of God into you through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit carries the DNA of God which is infused into you. The Old Testament covenant ends at the adoption through covenant but the New Testament believer goes a step further to receiving the very DNA of God which is the Holy Spirit. 5. The Disloyalty of Leaders leads to Greater Evil in the Ministry. When leaders become disloyal or unfaithful in the ministry, they become spiritual doors through which the enemy enters the church to divide us. A disloyal leader is a door for Satan. It is very dangerous for a leader to become disloyal or unfaithful to their responsibilities or the ministry and the MoG. When leaders become disloyal, they cause the blessings of the Lord for the ministry and the people to disappear because an accursed thing has entered the camp. Leaders who have become disloyal reject knowledge and so God also rejects them and destroys them — Hosea 4:1-3, 6 (NASB). 6. The more Disloyal Leaders multiply, the More Sin and All Kinds of Evil Multiply in the Church. The more leaders with influence in the church become disloyal or unfaithful to the vision of the ministry and their MoG, the more sin and evil multiplies because they will teach others to be disloyal like them. When Lucifer became disloyal as a leader, he influenced or convinced one-third of heaven’s host to follow in his disloyalty and evil multiplied in heaven until there was no war in the most peaceful place ever. 3. A leader who is Loyal is trustworthy and Reliable. In the ministry, only a leader who is faithful or loyal can be trusted or relied upon. Not many people in the church can be trusted but you must be determined to be one of the loyal or faithful ones in this church. Never betray your pastors, departmental heads and fellow members of this church - Proverbs 20:6 (NASB/NLT). 4. Leaders must be Loyal or Faithful all the Time. A leader whose loyalty is not stable or a leader who is not consistent in their duties or faithful to their responsibilities and their MoG can become anything substantial in the ministry. A leader must always stand by their God, the Man of God and his responsibilities in the house of God. They must perform their duties with excellence otherwise they will be cut off. Loyalty or faithfulness is a great requirement for all kinds of leadership in the house of God.  Loyalty Is A Scripture-Based Teaching. 1. A ministry without Loyal or Faithful Leaders and Members Doesn’t have a Future. A leader's longevity and stability are maintained through integrity, trustworthiness, and loyal service to their people rather than merely by force —— Proverbs 20:28 (ERV). 2. A leader who Pursues Loyalty or Faithfulness in the Ministry will Obtain Life Righteousness and Honour. The Weapon of Fainting •Inability to rightly perceive sight, smell or sound. When you get to this stage you cannot spiritually smell, see or hear anything good coming your way out of the good things you do in the house of God or good you do to the people of God. •Feeling weak and dizzy and close to losing consciousness. When you faint, you become weak spiritually or discouraged from doing good and probably advised yourself to stop doing good in the house of God or to the people of God. This is how Satan squeeze faith, life and hope out of Christians that before their miracle comes for all the good things they are doing for the house God. What does it mean to eat and drink unworthily? The word “Unworthily” as used in the passage is the Greek Word “anaxiōs” which means;•To eat and drink the communion in an unworthy manner or a manner that is not deserving of your respect and attention.•To eat and drink the communion irreverently or without any sense of sacredness or holiness.How to Eat the Body and Drink the Blood Unworthily?Treating the Holy Communion as Ordinary, Common or as a RitualMany believers approach the Holy Communion as a religious routine or ritual rather than a sacred participation in Christ.—They take the bread and cup casually;—They have no reverence in their hearts for the sacrifice of Christ;—They eat and drink without remembering Christ or worshipping Him in their hearts.The Holy Communion represents the broken body and shed blood of Christ. To discern the Lord’s body means to rightly recognize, understand, and treat with reverence what the body of the Lord represents, especially during the Lord’s Supper (Communion).1. Discern the Lord’s Body by Recognizing the Lord’s Sufferings Before and on the Cross. •To discern the Lord’s body is to recognize that the bread represents the physical body of Jesus Christ that was given and broken for our salvation.•To discern the Lord’s body is to acknowledge the beatings and the bruises on his body as part of what makes up the token of the Lord’s body. He was actually beaten. His body came under severe abuse and maltreatment all because of us. To discern the Lord’s body means to rightly recognize, understand, and treat with reverence what the body of the Lord represents, especially during the Lord’s Supper (Communion). Some Things to Note About Communion 1. The Holy Communion can only be potent when there is soberness, holiness and reverence for what the communion represents not for other purposes (1 Corinthians 11:17, 20).2. The Holy Communion can only be potent when there is unity amongst the members of the church. The power of communion is often than not neutralized by divisions or disunity (1 Corinthians 11:18).3. Consecration means to set apart something or someone for a sacred purpose, especially for God’s use. Consecration involves; •Dedicating yourself to God. •Setting your life apart for His purposes. •Separating your life from what is common or withdrawal from public life. •Devotion to God. •Yielding your will fully to God’s will (Mathew 26:39). Consecration is not just a one-time act, but often a continuous lifestyle of devotion. The Oxford Dictionary of English defines patience as the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, problems or suffering without becoming annoyed or anxious. You must be patient if you desire to become what God has created you to become. Here are some scriptural definitions of patience for you to consider; •Patience is persistent believe over time until God’s word is fulfilled (Hebrews 6:12). •Patience is steady waiting under delay or pressure (Psalm 16:8, James 5:7-8). •Patience is waiting in Obedience (Hebrews 10:36). The intentional process of being shaped inwardly into the image of Christ so that ministry flows from character, intimacy with God, and spiritual maturity not just gifting or knowledge. God can gather but your character can scatter the people. The special skill of dealing with people in all situations is required. •Sexual purity is very important and maturity in your dealings with people. •Spiritual formation impacts the way you think, behave, react to issues, deal with situations and deal with people. •Your character is a great indicator of whether you can do ministry or not. Steps to Inheriting the Promise
1. Don’t be Slothful or Lazy
When God gives you a promise through the prophetic word or prophecy, you don’t sleep over it. You work harder by pursuing God even more. 
Following is not for lazy people. Promises and prophecies stirs up warfare, spiritual attention and attacks - 1 Timothy 1:18-19.

2. Work hard to hold Good-Conscience. Align your life with the word of God. So while you are waiting for the promise or prophecy to manifest, stay away from sin because it will defile your good conscience and cause you to make shipwreck of your faith.

Shipwreck
•The destruction of a ship on the sea by sinking or breaking up.
•It also means to be stranded, helpless or left without a means to move from where you are.
•It also means left in the middle of nowhere without the means to get to your destination. In other words abortion of the promises of God concerning your life.

THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT DIVINE WISDOM1. The Wisdom of God is not found in the land of the Living. Wisdom is purely a spiritual commodity. There is nothing physical or natural about divine wisdom. The Generous Giving Grace of Christ 1. You know how rich Christ is but made himself poor for your sake so you through his poverty might become rich. How will this happen. You see when you dedicate your life to respond to the call of God, you have chosen a path of poverty in a way because how rich will a full-time minister be. But He is actually so rich in the spirit by reason of the covenant he has with God but God physically strip him of all his riches and makes him poor. The mystery of the poverty or lack of a minister is that, God provides an opportunity for the people He brings under his covering or ministry to be rich through his covenant with God. But how will they unlock this covenant riches? Through giving to the needs of the covenant servant of God, as you do that, you draw from the covenant blessings of God with His Servant. The people sold their properties and anything valuable in their possessions so there will be no need in the church. The New Testament church gave more than firstfruit and much more than tithes. They gave their lives and their possessions as well. There was literally nothing left to give. And even if they still had tithe and firstfruits to give they wouldn’t give it to the Apostles? They would have taken it to the temple and given to the priests according to the scriptures. There are two types of wisdom; True wisdom is proven in conversation and humility of wisdom - James 3:13 The Types of Wisdom 1. Earthly, Sensual or Devilish/Demonic Wisdom - James 3:14-16 This is the kind of wisdom that doesn’t come from God but is of the world. There is wisdom that originates from this earth realm and its source is the devil or satan. •Earthly - Wisdom relating to earth or human life. And it exists on the earth. •Sensual - Relating to or involving gratification of the senses and physical, especially sexual pleasure. •Devilish - Like or appropriate to a devil in evil and cruelty. It’s also Diabolical and wicked. •This wisdom produces the works of envy, jealousy, bitterness, selfishness, confusion and every evil work. 2. Divine Wisdom - James 3:17 The wisdom of God is from above and it comes from heaven; •It’s first Pure - Not mixed or adulterated with any other substance or material. •Then Peaceable - Inclined to avoid conflict. The wisdom of God is peace loving. •Then Gentle - Having or showing a mild, kind or tender temperature or character. It also means moderation in action, effect, or degree; not strong or violent - Galatians 5:22, Mathew 12:17-21. •Easy to be intreated - Easy to be begged, pleaded with. The word contentment in the original Greek is the word “autarkeia” which gives six (6) unequivocal meanings of contentment. 1. Contentment is a state of Happiness, Joy and Satisfaction. A Christian’s state of happiness and satisfaction is rooted in his or her relationship with the Lord rather than material possession or necessarily the state of life - Isaiah 12:3, Habakkuk 3:17-19, James 1:2-4. How to Cultivate a True State of Joy and Satisfaction 1. Prioritizing a Relationship with God. Spending consistent time in prayer, reading the Bible, and meditating on God's word is essential to knowing God, the true source of joy. 2. Cultivating a Heart of Gratitude. Practicing gratitude for God's blessings, even the small ones, helps shift focus away from what is lacking to what has been provided.! 3. Trusting in God’s Sovereignty. Believing that God is in control and works all things for the good of those who love Him provides peace and resilience in the face of uncertainty - Job 13:15. 4. Doing Ministry. What is Wisdom? •Wisdom is God’s way of doing things. The wisdom of God is the way of God and most people are not interested in God’s way of doing things so they lack God’s order of wisdom - Psalm 103:7, Deuteronomy 34:9 •Wisdom is following the leading of the Holy Spirit. God’s basic provision for all living things is food and clothing. •Food is any nutritious substance that people or animals eat or drink or plants absorb in order to maintain life and growth. •Cloth is anything that provides a covering for all living from the harshness of the elements of the weather ie. Separation from God Self-righteousness will cut you off from God completely. This is the most common meaning, referring to a deep reverence or devotion to God and the devout fulfillment of religious duties. Devoutness means deep religious feeling or commitment. Attaining God's order of righteousness involves a two-fold process; 1. Justification The process of justification begins with salvation. The moment you accept Jesus Christ into your life, you are justified by His blood because your sins get forgiven (Romans 10:9-10). Justification is simply being declared righteous by God through faith in the finished works on the cross by Jesus Christ (Romans 3:22-27, Romans 5:6-9).
