Adrian McLean - Part 1: On Being a Changemaker

This week I spoke to Adrian McLean, ex-headteacher and academy trust leader.  Adrian is an expert on diversity, equity and inclusion and works as a governor and is a trustee for Governors for Schools; he is on the advisory board for Reach Out 2 Kids and Heads Up and has been a long time collaborator with DiverseEd and Aspiring Heads.  He has more recently become a steering group member for the National Tutoring Programme.  Adrian and I discussed all sort of topics and issues in this podcast from how to work effectively with disadvantaged pupils to how to deal with change as a leader.  Adrian has just completed a masters degree in character education; his experience, knowledge, wisdom, compassion and humility make this a must listen! @Character_guy @WeLeadWellPodc1 [email protected] www.transformeducationcoach.com www.headteacherchat.com www.teachwellalliance.com
