Swiss cinematographer, director and filmmaker Claudio von Planta is known for his work on the “Long Way” series with Ewan McGregor. The award-winning adventurer has won numerous awards and makes documentaries about conflict areas, innovative sustainability and mobility. He will present two of his latest works at the FEIT Film Festival in Melbourne on August 18 and 20. In the first part of our interview, we talk about filming in crisis areas and the benefits of e-motorcycles during a nearly 21,000 kilometer tour through the American continent for “Long Way Up.” - Der Schweizer Kameramann, Regisseur und Filmemacher Claudio von Planta wurde durch seine Arbeit an den „Long Way“-Serien mit Ewan McGregor bekannt.
