Let's talk about the board of directors (b.o.d.) talking about ways to save money & how they definitely don't follow-through & as soon as they could use any excuse, the previous "issues" (saving money) just disappeared. Also, until a resident asked about THINGS THE PROPERTY MANAGER SHOULD'VE DONE to save money (insurance/shop around vendors/change it up), our association fees were going to go up 20% (instead 10%) & this was a moment where I knew, residents GET IT DONE, but where are they. Are you aware of when the meetings are? Do you know how to use Zoom (I had to learn & the motivator to tackle tech triggers) & are you comfortable with tech?Finally, I've inloCKed tech & r-culture.
