AFFLICTION Interview
from Your Life In America Hosted by KCSB 91.9 FM
AFFLICTION is a new straight edge band out of Ventura County (805), CA made up of 15-18 year olds. They have been apart of the local scene for some time now and formed the band about 5 months ago. They have played a few shows already and are in the process of recording a demo. I had the whole band on the radio on 5/25/2023 on KZAA 96.5 FM for an interview. We talked the origin of the band, straight edge, influences, moshing, the 805 hardcore scene, Panda Express and much more. The last 20 minutes of the episode is a playlist made by the band.
