Hij draaide dagen van 12u om zo snel mogelijk zo veel als mogelijk bij te leren. Toen Marc 24 werd besloot hij samen met zijn toenmalige collega een eigen autogarage op te richten. Niemand, inclusief hijzelf, kon toen vermoeden dat hij 16 jaar later zijn eigen bedrijf zou verlaten om een fietswinkel te starten. Een fietswinkel die er vandaag 9 zijn met 40 man personeel.
