I am @ coderaikiri and for this week my entry will be a song cover to party monster by Ruger and BUJU aka BNXN. 2024 was full of surprises and shocking events . After losing a headies award to BUJU, Ruger displayed his displeasure with the results by going on social media to call out the supposed partiality and shade his rival. The two went at it for months making it seem like they would never squash this beef. A friend of mine told me that this controversy was just a tool to get attention from the public because the two will definitely use a collaboration to settle things out. This looked like an impossibility until a few months later when these two not only did a collaboration together but an entire Extended Playlist of over 5 songs. These songs were not average, they were all bangers which can be seen as a testament of pouring both heart and soul into their crafts. Party monster is a part of that massive EP. It is a song meant for people who love to party, have a good time and vibe to life. The song is literally my favourite on that EP even if it did not start off that way. These two artists owe us an album next, I still feel like the EP is not enough .... I look forward to more of their work and I hope y'all enjoy my entry .
