Daferwa is a Germexican Dj, music networker and radio host based in Koln. Some of you might know him by his shows on Cosmo Radio, which he is running since 2009. Born in Tübingen to a Mexican-German family, he is well-known for bridging global dance cultures, blending rhythms like Cumbia, Afrobeats, Reggaeton, and Baile Funk. In 2007 he co-founded "Mash It Up!" to bring global electronic music artists to Cologne, and later started the popular "Domingo de Cumbia" event series.
