BeZen w/ Dumitra & R.LEU (09.09.2026)
R.LEU, short for Răzvan Leureanu, is a DJ whose sound is built around curiosity rather than a fixed formula. Digging is at the core of his approach, finding forgotten gems and overlooked sounds, then reshaping them into dynamic, genre-fluid mixes. Moody by nature, his selections can shift completely from one day to another, moving through different styles while still forming a coherent story. There is no signature sound to chase, and no intention of creating one. Expect the unexpected. 💥 Live on Black Rhino Radio, every other Wednesday, from 17:00 EEST 🎧 Explore all shows at bit.ly/3BD8uE5

Gospel Overdose w/ Horia (09.09.2026)
I've started Gospel Overdose as an exploration of African American Gospel and as a way to bring spiritually in my everyday life, in the form of a joyful soundtrack. This exploration has led me back to the soundtrack of my youth, the music that got me here in the first place. So, I've got them both in, in equal measures, the sacred and the obscene, the gospel and the overdose, as I still find joy in both. It's the Sunday Service that I would love to attend , from hip-hop to early blues and roots, from Golden Age Gospel to psychedelic, punk, funk and disco. Music has always been a way for me to deal with depression, anxiety, loneliness and sorrow, so this is my way of delivering some good news. 💥 Live on Black Rhino Radio every fourth Wednesday, from 11:00 EEST 🎧 Listen to all shows & check the tracklists at bit.ly/3o0hdMz

Pathways w/ Anin (08.09.2026)
It's increasingly difficult to pinpoint what defines an artist's perspective in today's fast-paced world, given how quickly information flows and how interweaved musical references have become. The show follows Anin's passion and dedication to various genres while pushing the boundaries of bass-infused music as part of his local collective, Roman Massive. He also loves cats and unapologetically rejects artistic compromises. 💥 Live on Black Rhino Radio every fourth Tuesday, from 19:00 EEST 🎧 Listen to all shows & check the tracklists at bit.ly/3o0hdMz

Monospațiat w/ LDC, Julia Kahl, Akos Polgardi, Jean-Michel Geridan (08.09.2026)
For the second edition of Local Design Awards, Monospațiat brings together the three members of the LDA 2026 international jury — Julia Kahl, Ákos Polgárdi, and Jean-Michel Géridan — in a conversation hosted by Andrei Grosu. The discussion explores what it means to evaluate graphic design work as part of an international jury — how competitions are structured, what criteria guide selection, and what a juror brings to the process when they are both an active practitioner and a curator. The conversation covers the role of national competitions within the broader European design landscape, the relationship between recognition and professional culture, and what makes a competition meaningful for the designers who participate in it. Julia Kahl is a communication designer, publisher, and editor, co-founder and CEO of Slanted Publishers, and Visiting Professor for Typography and Corporate Design at Mainz University of Applied Sciences, Germany. Ákos Polgárdi is a graphic designer and typographer, founder of SUBMACHINE and of the Hungarian Book Design Award, Hungary. Jean-Michel Géridan is an art critic and designer, CEO of Le Signe / Centre national du graphisme, and Artistic Director of the International Biennale of Graphic Design in Chaumont, France. Local Design Awards is a national graphic design competition organized by Local Design Circle, recognizing outstanding work in Poster, Editorial, and Printed Matter. Freshly Baked Beats w/ Kpchon & Mircha (07.09.2026)
This month's Freshly Baked Beats moves across several corners of contemporary hip-hop without settling into one particular lane. Some tracks are built around dense lyricism and stripped-back production, others are louder, stranger or considerably more playful. The older-school influence is there, but the selection isn't trying to recreate a particular era. It's mostly about where interesting rap music is happening right now, regardless of which corner of the genre it comes from. 💥 Live on Black Rhino Radio every fourth Monday, from 21:00 EEST 🎧 Listen to all shows & check the tracklists at bit.ly/3o0hdMz

Storyboard Sounds w/ Vlad Sandu (03.09.2026)
The distance between reaching and touching with Reed Richards a.k.a Mister Fantastic Reed Richards can stretch his hand across a room, across a city, across a galaxy. He can reach anything. Touching is the harder thing. His mind works ahead of everyone he loves. He reaches every conclusion first — about the mission, about the enemy, about his own children — and then expects the people he loves to arrive at the same conclusion. He turned a failed spaceflight into a reason to hope, and made his family the reason to save universes. It took him a lifetime to learn that saving them and being with them were never the same act. He builds bridges to other universes and can't always cross the few feet to his own son. He solves the unsolvable and mistakes it for love. The smartest man in the world, running the numbers on everything except the one equation that won't reduce. And still he reaches. His family loves him for it, and the smartest people in our world could learn from him. 💥 Live on Black Rhino Radio every fourth Thursday, from 13:00 EEST 🎧 Listen to all shows & check the tracklists at bit.ly/3o0hdMz

Homegrown w/ Hazee & Dub Predatorz (31.08.2026)
Outside's been drizzling the entire afternoon. We're in Rotor Studio, Rapala & Vraciu's Brussels musical hideout and trying to put together a drum and bass mix, something we didn't do in more than 15 years. We did our last mix as Dub Predatorz 11 years ago and that was 24 minutes of dub. The bass is pumping over some easier liquid tunes and we're cracking jokes; "Let's not release the piano yet", "I have some killer chainsaw tracks".. The playlist starts to take shape and we get to the actual mix. There's a large window in front of our decks and it's like we're back on a stage. I close my eyes and I have a flashback with us doing the graveyard shift at Summer Break Festival in 2005 where we started with rollers, went through some tech steppers and then to a sunrise liquid that stick to our soul after a night of proper raving. It's like being instantly present in two different worlds and all this just because of the music. This is how these two hours sound like to me now. They capture the sounds and vibe we put out each time we were on stage. We went back to the source but surfing on new tracks and what's most rewarding is that in the playlist we can put good local producers. It's like being on both sides of a rainbow in the same time. We may be two dinosaurs still wagging their tales in a world that's changed appearance but deep underneath all make-up, things stayed the same and that vibe hasn't aged a bit. Thanks to Rapala for the push and cheers to the new generation for taking things forward from a garden rave to the stadiums. Out to Mighty Boogie, Sub:liminal & SoulDR!P, Bogdvn and all the other ones spreading the vibes. For those born after 2000, Dub Predatorz is aka Hazee & Rapala, (sometimes contradictive) friends that played back to back at seminal electronic music events like AnonimTM's 48h, TMBase Session, Summer Break Festival & The WarmUp, Peninsula/Felsziget and many raves and random parties across Romania between 2004-2009. 💥 Live on Black Rhino Radio every fourth Monday, from 18:00 EEST 🎧 Listen to all shows & check the tracklists at bit.ly/3o0hdMz

THE WOODEN FLOOR w/ Irina Mele (31.08.2026)
The Wooden Floor is a monthly show fueled by honest love for good music. Inspired by being on the dancefloor, you will hear stories through a weaving of sounds that tend to the social aspect of the club, that is people dancing together. Each episode is treated like a home-cooked meal. So, the music selection is sometimes more reflective, other times getting straight to the point, connecting different moods, textures and tempos, one record at a time. 💥 Live on Black Rhino Radio every fourth Monday, from 12:00 EEST 🎧 Listen to all shows & check the tracklists at bit.ly/3o0hdMz
