Guess who's out in Houston, TX with the Smoke Free Media crew!!! You guessed it. MTV is in this thang and this week I have an esteemed guest in the building with me... AG from the "Its Yo Boy AG" podcast and of Ambiance Self Care studio. A Gizzle is from Ohio like me, but we are out here in Houston with the rest of the crew!!
