日本人医師・中村哲さんは、長年アフガニスタンで医療、かんがい、そして農業の支援に携わり、その復興に尽力してきました。しかし、今から約6年前の12月4日、現地で車で移動中に銃撃を受け、復興の姿を見届けることなく亡くなりました。73歳でした。中村医師が生前の2006年に語ったインタビューを改めてお聞きください。
