AI is not Strategy
from The Inside Straight
AI changes the economics and workflow of creative, digital and communications production. It does not remove the need for craft. Episode 8 distinguishes generation from professional judgment. Agencies can use AI to research, explore, code, organize and produce. The value still lies in knowing which tool to use, how to structure the work, how to protect client information and whether the result is accurate, relevant, lawful and on brand. Clients should ask agencies how AI is used, where human review occurs and how sensitive information is protected. Agencies should resist pricing models that treat faster generation as proof that expertise no longer matters. Review and accountability remain real work. The opportunity is significant. So is the cost of scaling weak output. AI supports strong creative and technical teams; it does not make an untrained system strategic.
