During the podcast I was trying to remember a phenomenon in Ai called Sycophancy which is when they tell the user they are amazing and right even when they are wrong! This can lead to a lot of mental health issues. Sooooo use Ai with caution. I forgot something so important, for my meetings, I record on my phone using the voice memos and then I copy and paste the transcript to any ai and give me all the details.
