Yatırım amaçlı gayrimenkullerin değeri 39,2 milyar TL olup, bu tutar toplam varlıkların yaklaşık %88’ini oluşturmaktadır.• Net Dönem Karı ve Hasılat: Şirket 2025 yılında 2.622.212.363 TL toplam net dönem karı elde etmiştir. Yıllık hasılat ise bir önceki yıla göre artış göstererek 1.645.944.913 TL olarak gerçekleşmiştir.• Özkaynaklarda Artış: Ana ortaklığa ait toplam özkaynaklar, 2024 sonundaki 30,3 milyar TL seviyesinden 32,7 milyar TL'ye yükselmiştir.• Stratejik Proje Tamamlanması: İstanbul Kadıköy'deki Söğütlüçeşme Yüksek Hızlı Tren Garı projesi kapsamında yer alan Terminal Kadıköy, 1 Mayıs 2025 tarihi itibarıyla faaliyete geçmiştir. Bu proje, 31 Aralık 2025 itibarıyla "faal olan yatırım amaçlı gayrimenkuller" kategorisinde sınıflandırılmaktadır.• Küresel Yatırımlar ve Çeşitlendirme: Grup, ABD Florida'da bulunan "EO at Fountains" ve "EA at Fountains" projeleri üzerinden gayrimenkul yatırımlarını uluslararası alanda çeşitlendirmeye devam etmektedir.• Hisse Başına Kazanç: 2025 yılı için hisse başına kazanç 0,67 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır (2024 yılında 0,48 TL idi).• Bağımsız Denetçi Görüşü: Bağımsız denetim raporu, şirketin konsolide finansal durumunun ve performansının TFRS'ye uygun olarak tüm önemli yönleriyle gerçeğe uygun bir biçimde sunulduğuna dair olumlu (unqualified) görüş bildirmiştir.
