Rakkaudesta lajiin, kabineteissakin, vaikka ei niistä kentän fiilistä saa. Jalkapalloseura HJK:n toimitusjohtaja Aki Riihilahti haluaa HJK:sta seuran, joka tuottaa valmiimpia pelaajia myös maailman kentille. Oma päähänpinttymä Akatemiakeskuksesta on vielä toteuttamatta. Riihilahti istuu useammassakin kansainvälisessä jalkapalloilun neuvottelupöydässä. Euroopan jättiseuroihin verrattuna HJK:n jakkara on pieni, mutta taitava neuvottelija saa asiaansa edistettyä. Verkosto on kaikki kaikessa.Urheilujohtajuus on ammatti, eli peliuran jatke. Opiskella voi ja pitää, silti eniten Riihilahti sanoo oppineensa muilta ihmisiltä.
