アブスターとは＝ AbstrAction：アブストラクション（略称：abstr アブスター）abstract＋action抽象化された運動で、アクションの基本をマスターする。それがアブスター。＝その抽象化運動のこと。その必要性は、１）具体的な運動を学習していてはきりがないから。２）表現として行うためには、表現そのものを運動に盛り込まなくてはならない。そのためには抽象化運動＋表現としての具体的運動として表出することが望ましい。＝なぜなら表現だから。そんな話をしています。
