＜エクスチェンジとは何か＞ ●オリジナル概念の中でも最も古いものである。 ●そのルーツは、立回りを運動として捉えた場合、実際に何をやっているかを格闘とは別の解釈で捉え返した概念である。 ●具体的には、立回りにおける攻防として行なわれている運動を、動作の交換として理解するもので、これを動作交換という。 ●そして名称を交換という意味のエクスチェンジを用い、モーション・エクスチェンジとした。 ●ちなみにスペルはEを省き、Xchangeとした。 そんなことを話しています。
