AL CAPONE (2)
from TICK TOCK ROCK
This is a song I wrote about the short but violent life of the gangster, racketeer and business man called "big Al Capone" who ruled the American Prohibition era boot-legging booze , brothel's and bars.He came out of the notorious Five Points slum district described as the "Hell’s Kitchen" of New York; the last bastion of Beelzebub. He basically murdered his way to the top , A six feet piece of terror and testosterone.who ended dying of neurosyphilis with mental age of twelve ; he spent all his time writing songs in Alcatraz with a quintet called the "Rock Islanders" a banjo jazz band who played for the jail birds on Sundays.
