Born Hamilton Howard Fish on May 19, 1870, in Washington, D.C., Albert had a deeply troubled early life marked by significant psychological and familial issues.This old-timey "gentleman" was one of the most perverse and depraved individuals to walk the earth in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. A sadomasochistic cannibal, his primary victim demographic was children under the age of six. What more is there to say?
