Andrew Lu works at Empire Communities, one of North America's largest privately-held home builders. He recently went on a solo trip to Alberta as an avid mountain adventurer and has plenty of exciting stories to share. With a passion for real estate, we both keep up with the state of the housing market and give our take on how the industry has evolved throughout the decade and how record home prices will implicate affordability for younger generations.
