Alcoholic Gym Owners to World Champions w/ Lauren Rantala & Marc Howe

Lauren Rantala + Marc Howe might have been listening to my story and content for years prior to us ever meeting, but their story was one that hit me as hard as any conversation I've ever had on this podcast.  These two incredible humans are currently leading the charge of growing the HYROX affiliate community within the US and are the current (2022) World Champions in HYROX Doubles.     However, their story's start is one of addiction as they were wrestling with alcoholism while owning a gym.  After listening to our conversation, I highly recommend listening to this tell-all video they created that goes deep into their battle with addiction.
