This good friend of mine is still able to bless us with his knowledge and experiences and he talks openly about how he turned everything around, and EXACTLY how he went about doing it. His truth may be a bit harsh but I think sometimes that swift kick in the ass is just what we need. I hope this episode helps anyone as it has helped me realize quite a bit my own life. As always...
