Vandaag had ik Alice Grasveld op bezoek. Zij heeft de Viva 400 gewonnen in 2019, UvA Alumni Award gewonnen en haar stichting raakt mij enorm. Zij is bescheiden en dit is haar levenswerk. Momenteel heeft zij nog 2 jaar te gaan en dan is haar PhD in medische antropologie afgerond. Haar stichting zorgt ervoor dat kinderen in sloppenwijken van Afrika toegang hebben tot tandhygiene. Zij werkt nog steeds 2 dagen per week als mondhygieniste. Fantastisch gesprek... a must listen!
