Welcome to the All for us Podcast. My name is David Slack, I’m from the Lake District in England. I’ve decided to start a podcast to share my story of overcoming suicidal thoughts and mental health concerns to leading a life filled with joy and contentment everyday. I want to explain the techniques I’ve used to build a purposeful life and connect better to myself and others along the way. I want to share the love and spread the message of embracing our vulnerabilities to live a more fulfilling life.
