All in the Shoo and Not in the Ralph

Hello and welcome to Lexx Education! It's the comedy science podcast where comedian Laura Lexx tries to learn science from her nerdy, normal, younger brother Ron! This week Ron is a little under the weather but Laura is good so we went ahead with the podcast anyway. This week we are carrying on with fatty acids... or at least, we are briefly until Ron has a massive sneezing fit and interrupts the proceedings for a good five minutes. Obviously, the meander back to the science and you'll be surprised to hear it actually becomes a pretty good science lesson for a little while as they look at trans and cis fats, saturated and unsaturated fats and how to break down a triglyceride.
