All Things Art Therapy!

With being an art therapy student, something I get asked on the daily is "what is art therapy?". First of all this is a totally valid question, as the main therapy that is focused on is talk therapy. But in this episode I get into the nitty gritty of what art therapy is, does, works, etc. My hope for this episode is to teach you a thing or two about the benefits of it and why it is just as important and effective as talk therapy!!
