Allah: He Creates Both Evil And Good

If Allah afflicts you with harm, no one can remove it except Him. If He desires good for you, no one can avert His favour. He bestows it on whichever of His servants He wills. He is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Qur'an, 10:107) No misfortune occurs except by Allah's permission. Whoever believes in Allah–He will guide his heart. Allah has knowledge of all things. (Qur'an, 64:11) Every self will taste death. We test you with both good and evil as a trial. And you will be returned to Us. (Qur'an, 21:35)
