Altopiano di Asiago e Bassano del Grappa

Nella puntata di oggi torniamo al nord, più precisamente in Veneto. Ci troviamo ai piedi delle Alpi, in mezzo alla natura incontaminata. Siamo nell'Altopiano dei Sette Comuni, conosciuto anche come l'Altopiano di Asiago. Ed è proprio ai piedi delle Alpi Venete che parte il nostro viaggio: qui un Renzo Rosso, fondatore e presidente del gruppo OTP, ci accoglie nella sua Diesel Farm per mostrarci come "ha strappato questa terra a un destino che la voleva ricoperta di cemento", creando una vera e propria "Sartoria del Vino". Da qui ci sposteremo più a nord, destinazione Asiago dove incontreremo Alessandro Del Degan, chef del ristorante stellato La Tana Gourmet e dell'Osteria della Tana. Nello spazio News facciamo tappa a Milano dive il compositore Sebastiano Cognolato ci parla di "Spaghetti" concerto da tavola per coro e orchestra d'archi che si terrà al Teatro Bruno Munari di Milano venerdì 24 Marzo. Torniamo ad Asiago dove la preside Giovanna Deon ci presenta la Considera, una polenta di patate di Rotzo preparata dagli studenti dell'Istituto Alberghiero "Mario Rigoni Stern" di Asiago. Concludiamo questo viaggio, spostandoci a sud, destinazione Bassano del Grappa, dove incontriamo Paolo Brotto, presidente del consorzio per la tutela dell'Asparago Bianco di Bassano del Grappa.
