Today we talk to John tells us about the community he's found within Ultra running and all the different people he's met while getting into this sport. We dive into the different races he's done and the insane events people run around the United States in all types of weather and terrain. John has dropped out of his fair share of events but loves chasing the next race and the extensive training that goes into each one. It was great to speak to John and share our experiences balancing family and long runs as I train for my first marathon.
