Always Measure Backward

Always measure backward. You have to learn to look off the back of the boat. There will always be a new set of challenges and opportunities ahead of you - but no one ever reaches the horizon. It's in looking backward that we realize and acknowledge our accomplishments, we see our wins and we gain the courage to keep moving forward. Welcome to the Winning Thoughts series! Each week, join Dylan as we discuss an idea, story or concept to help you improve in thoughts, words, actions, and life. Tune in every Monday for a new idea to help you get your week off to a great start.
