Alzheimer’s Orange County - Outreach and Advocacy

Today we are lucky to have Patty Mouton, Vice President of Outreach and Advocacy of Alzheimer's Orange County. In her role, Patty oversees special education projects for clinical and senior care professionals, manages public policy forming activities, legislative advocacy, and is responsible for a robust community education program, called the "Advance Care Planning Partners." The program is aimed at changing the culture of end of life care. Patty holds certificates in Palliative Chaplaincy and Gerontology, and is pursuing a Masters in Human Services.
