Lesson 1: Earn the right to trade Run a pre-trade routine before you touch the button. Thirty minutes. Update your levels, watch the briefing, check your head. Trade unprepared and you deserve the loss. Lesson 2: Know where you are on the chart Look for longs at the bottom of the range, shorts at the top. Go long in the red or short in the green and you are fighting the structure. Location sets your odds before the setup does.
