    AM Briefing — Friday, September 11, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

3 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing CPI and contract rollover hit the same session, a level 10 training day that rewards a sound mind over size. One lotto runner sat up 50 points into the open, earned by laddering a stop behind structure and waiting. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Rollover week is a week to step back Four times a year the contract rolls and the tape turns squirrelly. Taking breaks off the chart is healthy, so rest is part of the edge. Lesson 2: Be surgical and say no out loud Saying "I'm not trading this" is a real decision. On a thin, news-driven day, declining the wrong setups protects your capital and your mindset. Lesson 3: Ladder your stop to hold a runner Move the stop behind the Strong Level, then the London low, as price advances. That lets a winner breathe while it locks in the move, and with MES micros one contract can really pay. AM Briefing — Thursday, September 10, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

3 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing The tape drifted with no anchor out and a CPI print waiting on Friday. This is the kind of week that punishes the trader who needs action and pays the one who maps and waits. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Trade location decides the trade Take setups where they sit in a high probability spot on your map, near a Strong Level or the edge of the expected range, and pass everything else. When you know your location, the best trades become obvious. Lesson 2: Let a mapped move finish, then stop pressing The positional short played out for a clean 1 to 4 and ran into the bounce zone the plan already expected. Once a mapped move hits its target, quit hunting that direction and look for the reaction the other way. Lesson 3: Saying no is a real trade decision Ahead of CPI, with the indices unstacked and no anchor out, standing down protects your capital and your mindset. Do not judge yourself on a week that punishes everyone. AM Briefing — Wednesday, September 9, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

3 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing It is contract rollover week, a thin holiday tape with PPI and CPI on the way, and price sat under the bull bear line all session. Yesterday paid nothing but scratches, and one trade missed by a single tick. Days like this test your discipline more than your read. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Take the scratch and move on A break-even exit is not a loss and it is not a failure. Take it clean, no FOMO, and keep your capital and your mindset ready for the trade that actually pays. Lesson 2: If it wasn't your trade, it wasn't yours A great move that never met your entry terms was someone else's trade, not a missed one. Say it until it sticks and you stop chasing. Lesson 3: There is always another trade around the corner When you trust the system and your leverage metrics, you never have to force anything. The next high probability setup is coming, and you take it every time. AM Briefing — Tuesday, September 8, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

3 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing It is rollover week. Thin holiday tape, a new ES contract coming Monday, and the kind of squirrely price action that punishes anyone who needs the action. The overnight still paid the mapped levels, from the Bull Bear Line to a 22 point run. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Tag your rollover week and journal it Create a rollover week tag in your journal and use it every entry this week. Next quarter you pull the tag, read your notes, and trade off real history instead of memory. Lesson 2: Read the full Battle Plan, not just the lines The written brief carries the color the chart mappings cannot show, like the Speculator Special that ran overnight. Levels alone give you most of the picture, the notes give you the rest. Lesson 3: Take profits at the next Strong Level Map your entry and your exit before you are in the trade. The next Strong Level up or down hands you a logical place to bank most of the move and slide your stop to break even. AM Briefing — Friday, September 4, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

3 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing Today was the Friday before a long weekend, non-farm payroll, and ES sitting under 80 points from all-time highs after a 140 point rally. That stacked trifecta gave us zero Battle Plans. The plan today is no trade, and that decision is worth more than most trades. Here is what the week was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Some days the trade is no trade When the move already happened and the calendar is loaded with warnings, zero Battle Plans is the correct plan. Saying no protects your capital and your mindset for the days that pay. Lesson 2: Hold one runner behind the right stop Take your 30 points to deleverage, then hold a single runner with your stop behind the apex of Battle Plan 3. That one runner turned 30 points into 70, then 140, for doing nothing. Lesson 3: Build a thirty minute prep routine Five minutes on the Battle Plan, seven to ten on the AM Briefing, ten on your levels. Never trade without a thorough review so your key levels are truly yours. AM Briefing — Thursday, September 3, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

3 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing Tomorrow is non-farm payroll, landing on the Friday before a three-day weekend, and today is the session traders forget about right up until it hurts them. ES is pinned under the Bull Bear Line, bouncing at the bottom of an old range with a big decision sitting right at the halfback. Here is what the session was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Earn the right to trade Run a pre-trade routine before you touch the button. Thirty minutes. Update your levels, watch the briefing, check your head. Trade unprepared and you deserve the loss. Lesson 2: Know where you are on the chart Look for longs at the bottom of the range, shorts at the top. Go long in the red or short in the green and you are fighting the structure. Location sets your odds before the setup does. Lesson 3: The trade you skip still counts A slop-and-chop no-trade day and a short you never took protect capital that never shows on the P&L. Points captured are not the only scorecard. Green Over Greed. AM Briefing — Wednesday, September 2, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

3 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing ES came in under the expected range with nothing triggered overnight, parked right above the Battle Plan 5 drop zone. Days like this reward the trader with a routine and punish the one who improvises. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Write your pre-trade routine on paper List every step you take before your first trade, journal, Battle Plan, prep. A routine you can name is a routine you can repeat. Lesson 2: Fewer, higher quality trades win A written plan at high probability reaction levels finds the right trade in the right location. A busy screen is not a full account. Lesson 3: Peel profit and hold one runner At a strong range, take your profit and keep a single contract open. You bank the move you earned and stay in for the extension without risking the whole position. AM Briefing — Tuesday, September 1, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

3 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing It is September, and if you are honest, your pre-market routine got thin over the summer. The tape was dead and it let you get away with it. The fall will not, so here is what today was teaching. Lesson 1: Write your routine down A routine you carry in your head is a routine you skip. Put the checklist on paper… Battle Plan read, overnight levels marked, yesterday's POC known, journal current, and fix the ones that make you flinch. Lesson 2: A no-trade day is a decision When price never reaches a location that tells you what to do, you Stand Down. Forcing trades off-location costs you the capital and the mindset you need for the days that actually pay. Lesson 3: Trail the runner behind protection Peel your contracts down to the final one, then hold at breakeven or trail behind protection layers instead of a naked stop. That is how you hold for a bigger move without giving back what you banked. AM Briefing — Monday, August 31, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing Overnight, Battle Plan 3 dipped its toe back into last week's slop and chop range. The apex ran twenty points, then the tape fought back and forth for an hour before it finally paid. Longs felt trepidatious, JOLTS looms tomorrow, and here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Put in your reps before the bell Preparation is what separates execution from guessing. Sink the putts on the weekend so the open is a mapped board, not live discovery. Lesson 2: The first trip back gets rejected When price returns to a range it already broke out of, expect a rejection on the first attempt to get inside. Plan for the rotation lower, not an easy re-entry. Lesson 3: The apex is a knife catch The greediest price carries the smallest stop, but you are catching a falling knife. You do not have to take it. Waiting for the ladder back gets you the same trade with less heat. Lesson 4: A new low resets the chart After a big run has laddered against you, wait for a fresh new low. It clears the old structure and gives you a cleaner second look, sometimes for a point and a half of heat. Lesson 5: Saying no is a real trade decision With JOLTS, mega-cap earnings, and non-farm payroll stacked this week, the edge shrinks. Sitting out a punishing session protects your capital and your mindset for the days that pay. AM Briefing — Thursday, August 27, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing The whole tape sat on one earnings report and one line on the chart. NVIDIA reported after the close, and until the RTH session digested it, every level was provisional. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Range rules above everything Price lives inside ranges, bouncing between the same walls. Identify the range first, then look for shorts at the top and longs at the bottom. Lesson 2: Trade for the breakout, do not time it Chasing the pop is low odds. Station yourself at the range edge, take the entry, and hold a lotto runner so the break pays you when it comes. Lesson 3: The first push back into a range usually fails When price leaves a range and returns, the first re-entry attempt tends to get rejected. That is why the Bull Bear Line short was on the plan. Lesson 4: A runner into an earnings bomb is reckless Holding a lotto runner through NVIDIA earnings can gap right over your stop. A good setup does not make that risk a good decision. Lesson 5: Slow, event-driven days are training time When one event owns the tape, moderate expectations and let price prove direction. Work the Core Strategy and mark your levels while the market is not paying. AM Briefing — Wednesday, August 26, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing Four days in a row and ES is still living inside the same range. PCE was on tap and the tape sat right on the fairest price, coiled and waiting. Days like this pay the patient trader and punish the one who needs action. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Compression is not a signal to force When price coils inside the same range for days, stop demanding a move. Mark the edges, respect the squeeze, and wait for the break instead of trading the muddy middle. Lesson 2: Don't go long from the fairest price The POC has a gravitational pull, so buying right on it means predicting a breakout. Take your longs from the edges of value, not the center where everyone agrees. Lesson 3: Know the weight of your entry Some levels are add-on locations, not initial entries. Size them light and use them to press a winner. Do not lead with them and do not load up. Lesson 4: Mark your levels before the week Draw your strongest levels in advance and keep them on the chart. Pre-mapped levels turn a noisy tape into a board you can read. Lesson 5: Trust the stop you chose Put your stop where the structure defends price, then let it work. The costly error is jumping out early because you cannot sit still. AM Briefing — Tuesday, August 25, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing The scripture for the week was simple. Let all things be done decently and in order. On the ES that meant controlling leverage and waiting for the one high probability trade while price pressed up into a Strong Range toward the mapped target. Here is what today was teaching. Lesson 1: Order is leverage and patience Do all things decently and in order means two things for a trader. Size correctly and wait for the high probability entry instead of forcing action. Lesson 2: Add to winners, never to losers Put more size behind the trade the market is already confirming. Your capital belongs behind the position that is proving you right. Lesson 3: Peel, peel, hold the runner The 3-Contract System takes profit into strength, then lets one runner ladder back and survive a double tap so it can catch the big move. Lesson 4: Set the stop where you will really lose Place your stop at the price you are genuinely willing to give up. If it tags, you wake up flat and fresh for the next location. Lesson 5: Trade the location, not the prediction You never know how far price will run, but you know where it is attracted to go. Map the level and let price come to you. AM Briefing — Monday, August 24, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing Everything today pointed at one line, the RTH high gap fill. Push through it and price runs south. Stall just under it and you ladder back. And behind it all sits a story from last week that every trader needs to hear about one runner that made the whole trade. Lesson 1: One lotto runner can make your day Bank your base trade, then let a single contract chase the big move. Last week that runner turned a 30 point short into a move near 70. Lesson 2: Park the lotto stop at minus 5 Keep the runner stop at minus 5 points so it survives a double tap. Move to break even only after the tap confirms, never before. Lesson 3: Enter in the drop zone, exit before the next level Drop your order into the drop zone, let the bounce fill you, and take profit before the next Strong Level. Trade around the levels, not the empty air between them. Lesson 4: Check if the indices agree Before you lean on a bias, see if the Russell, Dow, NQ and ES are all on the same train. Agreement is confirmation. Divergence is a reason to trade smaller. Lesson 5: Map the calendar before the open With Warsh speaking 30 minutes after the bell and PCE on Wednesday, know where the news lands. Let the volatility pass before you press size. Friday AM Briefing # 838 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing It was OPEX Friday, Friday rules on steroids, sitting on the back of a slow August tape that has punished anyone who needs action. Monday handed out a 70 and a 100 point short, and the rest of the week made you work for scraps. Days like this reward the trader who moderates and drills. Here is what today was teaching. Lesson 1: Track your OPEX days separately Tag the day before OPEX and OPEX itself in your journal, then look at your real results on them. If the data says they hurt you, adjust the plan or Stand Down. Lesson 2: The third weekend rule On the third week of each month, put Thursday and Friday on the table as days off. A four-day weekend once a month protects your capital and your mindset. Lesson 3: Expect August, do not fight it August brings wider break-evens and few moves over 30 points. Expect the slow tape, keep your process identical, and stop letting it rattle you. Lesson 4: Proper stops beat tight stops Set your stop where the structure demands, not where your account feels comfortable. If the correct stop is too big for your size, trade smaller. Lesson 5: Slow tape is training time Drill the habits now that pay when the trends return. Journal the reps, refine the Battle Plan, keep the powder dry. AM Briefing — Thursday, August 20, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing There was no briefing this morning. Price had already dropped into Battle Plan 3 and the whole session came down to one number… would 87 hold. It did, longs paid, and it happened the day before OPEX when most traders had no business being aggressive. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Trade the chart, not the script The briefing prepares you the night before. When price is already sitting on a mapped level at the open, stop narrating and execute what you planned. Lesson 2: Respect the day before OPEX Treat the day before Option Expiration like a Friday. Size down, stay counter, and demand a perfect entry. Traders who ignore it have not been hurt by it yet. Lesson 3: The first ladder gives you a clean stop When price makes a new low then bounces, that first ladder entry puts your stop right under the low. Defined risk you can see beats a prettier entry you cannot manage. Lesson 4: Cheaper price or more confirmation You rarely get both. The 82 ladder was cheap with a tight stop. The 86.25 entry cost more but confirmed the level was holding. Pick your style before the trade. Lesson 5: Take profits and hold a runner You do not know how far a move travels. Bank the sure points into strength and keep a small runner on for the move you cannot predict. Wednesday AM Briefing # 836 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing We are near all-time highs in a dead August tape, digesting a 500-point run, and yesterday paid you a 22-point range and nothing else. Days like this punish the trader who needs action. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Moderate your expectations in August Low volume, no news drivers, and price digesting a big move means smaller ranges. Plan for slow and choppy instead of forcing a trend that is not there. Lesson 2: Map your Strong Levels in advance This week's Strong Level was mapped 80 points away and became the pivot for a short that ran a full 100 points. Let price come to your levels. Lesson 3: Hold the runner when the account allows Holding a lotto runner through the overnight session turned a 32-point trade into an 80-point move. One or two Battle Plan trades a week run 100 points if you can carry them. Lesson 4: Anchor your stop to real structure Once you are up 70 points, an add-on can take 10 points of heat. Put the combined stop above a significant high like the London high and stay in the trade. Lesson 5: Know when to walk from the chart When the range is dead and entries keep failing, saying no is the trade. Step back and protect your capital and your mindset. Tuesday AM Briefing # 835 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing Yesterday's positional short did its job overnight and tagged 7730 for an 80-point full move. The tape is slow, sitting at all-time highs in a small summer range with Opex Friday ahead. Days like this reward the mapped and patient trader. Here is what today was teaching. Lesson 1: Hold the runner You never know how far a strong move goes, so hold the line and let the winner work. Learning to hold a runner is the most profitable skill you can build. Lesson 2: Take fewer, sharper trades A 6-point stop against a 70-point target beats ten reactive scalps. Pre-plan the entry, keep it laser tight, and let the setup come to you. Lesson 3: Honor your exit rules When George is more than 3 points out, he does not let it come back against him. Missing a trade you would not have taken by your own rules is a win for your process. Lesson 4: Read the Battle Plan, not just the chart The mappings on your chart are not the whole story. The written plan carries the range, the reasoning, and the review… skip it and you miss things. Lesson 5: Back up your levels Copy your drawings folder onto a separate instrument and date it. Your mapped levels are work, so protect them before a bad click wipes them. Monday AM Briefing # 834 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing We opened at all time highs with an 80-point range, no news drivers, and OPEX sitting quietly on Friday. This is the kind of week that punishes the trader who needs action and pays the one who waits. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Moderate your expectations in a dull week When the range is small and the calendar is empty, tighten up. Pick your spots, set your alerts, and wait for price to reach one level you actually care about. Lesson 2: Take profit just before the next Strong Level Price usually bounces back at your Strong Levels, so bank your profit just ahead of one. Then move your stop to break even or slightly negative so a double tap cannot shake you out. Lesson 3: Get leery of the candle you cannot explain A sudden move that makes no sense may be news you have not seen yet. Wait for a clean reaction at a mapped level like the Sunday opening instead of chasing the violence. Lesson 4: Trade edges, not the muddy middle When ES sits at previous day halfback and the other indices disagree, there is no edge. Choosing not to trade the middle is a real decision, not a missed one. Lesson 5: Slow tape is training time When the market is not paying, build the trader you want to be. Work the tutorials, upgrade your tools, and learn the fundamentals like the Initial Balance. AM Briefing — Thursday, August 13, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing CPI hit the tape and price was still stuck in the upper end of a multi-day range with no sellers in sight. Days like this tempt you to chase a drift higher that you have no business buying. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Upper distribution favors the short When price sits in the upper distribution of a range, weight your search toward shorts. You do not have to be short, but you have no business initiating a fresh long against the odds. Lesson 2: Trade one level, not ten The multi-day POC at 7730 is today's magnet. Pick the single level that matters, mark it, and let price come to you instead of forcing entries in the middle. Lesson 3: A short plan is a strong plan On a CPI day the discipline is subtraction. Fewer levels, one bias, and the patience to let the tape prove itself before you commit. Lesson 4: No sellers is not a buy signal Price can drift higher with no sellers and still be a poor long. When the broad tape is already extended past its highs, chasing strength gives you terrible location. Lesson 5: A missed target keeps its edge A setup stays valid until price invalidates it. Tuesday's short came within seven points of target and reversed, so the same thesis carries straight into today. Wednesday AM Briefing # 831 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing CPI drops today and all-time highs are sitting right overhead. The tape is still stuck inside yesterday's range and George is flat into the number. Days like this reward the trader who has already decided what he will and will not do. Here is what today was teaching. Lesson 1: Your trade plan outranks everyone Your written trade plan trumps anything George says and anything in the Battle Plan. On a CPI day, decide in advance whether you trade, take one look, or just watch. Lesson 2: One good level can pay three times Battle Plan 1 set up Monday, Tuesday and again yesterday for roughly 10, 13 and 25 points. The map is drawn a day ahead, so stay patient and let price come back to it. Lesson 3: Match the tool to your own style George runs the 3-Contract System on longs but trades touch-and-go on shorts. Protect the entry with risk-first size, then let a lotto runner reach for the big move. Lesson 4: Range rules rule Inside a defined range, hunt shorts in the red at the top and longs in the green at the bottom. Stop fighting the muddy middle. Lesson 5: Don't rewrite your rules for August Low summer volume is seasonal, not a signal. Keep your rules steady through the slow tape and let the market thicken back up in the fall. 5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing The tape has gone nowhere for two straight sessions and the Battle Plan levels haven't moved an inch. It's the day before CPI, slop and chop, and this kind of market punishes the trader who needs action. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Manage every trade as a loser The moment you consider an entry, define where you get in, your leverage metrics, and your risk. Then a trade that runs against you first is already accounted for. Lesson 2: Right location beats a perfect bounce Battle Plan 1 ran 3.75 points against before paying 12. It was never tick-perfect, and it was still the right trade at the right location. Judge the level, not the fill. Lesson 3: In a range, assume no follow-through Most trades in slop and chop will not continue. Take the money at the mapped edge instead of holding for a trend that isn't there. Lesson 4: Unchanged levels are information When the Battle Plan hasn't moved in two days, the market is in balance. Trade the edges of the box, not the muddy middle. Lesson 5: Consolidation is preparation time Use the slow tape to finish the badge work, sharpen your Core Strategy reads, and keep your journal current. Build the trader you want to be before CPI breaks it open. Monday AM Briefing # 829 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing The tape is parked in a multi-day consolidation and the only real driver is Wednesday's CPI. Days like this drift with no anchor and punish the trader who needs action. Here is what today was teaching. Lesson 1: Know your driver before you plan When the only catalyst is CPI mid-week, expect Monday and Tuesday to meander. Trade the range you are given, not the trend you wish for. Lesson 2: Bank your points a little at a time You do not need a 100 point runner. Take 5 and 10 points before the next Strong Level, over and over, and it adds up. Lesson 3: Trade the edges, not the middle Near the Point of Control price is balanced and choppy. Your real entries live at the range extremes, the Value Area High and Low. Lesson 4: Earn the right to trade Run the pre-flight every session. Emotionally ready, physically ready, written plan, prepared for a max loss day. No to any of those and you are not cleared for takeoff. Lesson 5: Trade your system, not your opinion Define your max loss before the open and hold it as a hard line. That single rule keeps a losing day small. Friday AM Briefing # 828 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing Today is NFP Friday, a Level 10 news day where anything can happen. The Battle Plan sat at a goose egg all week because price never reached a high probability location, and Core Strategy quietly carried the load. George is flat, out of every runner, and only trades if the market hands over a clean pullback. Here is what the week was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Let your plan decide the news day On non-farm payroll Friday, your written rule about news days matters more than any setup on the chart. Decide before the open whether you even trade, then honor it. Lesson 2: Learn all three scoring engines You earn points three ways: the Battle Plan, the live room, and Core Strategy. When one sits at zero, another can still pay you. This week Core Strategy carried everything. Lesson 3: The failed high is a warning When price cannot take the overnight high, treat it as a canary in the coal mine. A failed high plus a lost opening is your cue to flip your bias. Lesson 4: Do not rush after a good run After seven lucrative days there is no need to force the next trade. Take your wave like a surfer. Pick the clean one and let the marginal setups pass. Lesson 5: A slow week is training time Replay your sessions on the end-of-day simulator, compare ES to MES, and grind the next badge. Build the trader you want to be while the market is quiet. Thursday AM Briefing # 827 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing Thursday sits right in front of a Level 10 day, and the tape has punished anyone who needed action. The Battle Plans handed out zero trades this week and yesterday was trash price action, 15-point candles chopping through the open. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Contain the bad day Your success is not decided by how big your best day is. It is decided by how contained your worst day stays. Risk rules number one. Lesson 2: A quiet plan is a working plan Map high-probability trades, never hopeful ones. A Battle Plan that yields zero on a dangerous day just kept you out of a coin flip. Lesson 3: Saying no is a real trade If every entry in front of you would scare you, that fear is data. Stand Down. Declining dangerous price action protects your capital and your mindset. Lesson 4: Protect the runner you banked When structure looks ready to break against a big open profit, bring your stop up and lock it in. A protected runner beats a hopeful one. Lesson 5: Moderate expectations into heavy conditions Watch the overnight halfback, read every Battle Plan note, and let the low-probability tape pass. Do less and do it better. Wednesday AM Briefing # 826 | Nano Futures Discussed

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing The tape barreled north for days and every genius wanted to be first short. A FOMC-night Battle Plan trade dropped into BP3 and turned into a runner up over 400 points. Days like this pay the patient and punish the ones who fight the trend. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Hold your runners You never know which trade is the 400-pointer. Bank most of it at plan, then leave one contract alive so the rare monster move can pay you. Lesson 2: Trade the reclaim, not the guess Wait for price to get back over the range and hold the retest. When the back-test fails to break it, that is your green light. Not before. Lesson 3: Never call the top When bulls are in control and single prints are printing, countering the move blows accounts. Bulls control. Shorts are counter. Small, if at all. Lesson 4: Overextended is not a short signal Choosing not to add another long is smart. Flipping short because price feels stretched is a completely different and dangerous decision. Lesson 5: A no-trade day is a winning day When there is no Battle Plan trade and nothing of interest, Stand Down. Protect your capital and your mindset for the days that actually pay. Tuesday AM Briefing # 825 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing We tagged the real all-time high this morning, and there is no harder seat in trading than blue sky with no structure overhead. The Battle Plan carried us long the whole way and the runner is still open on over 300 points. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: All-time highs are the hardest seat There is no prior structure above price up here, so the clean reactions thin out. Respect the difficulty and moderate your expectations instead of forcing trades. Lesson 2: Hold the runner into the magnet Clipping a quick 20 points feels safe and it costs you the 50-pointer behind it. One or two trades a week run 100 or more, and you only catch them by holding. Lesson 3: Add to your winner, never your loser Ladder more contracts into a trade that is already working. Today that meant a 130-point add-on came off while the original lotto runner stayed open past 300. Lesson 4: Reclaim the Bull Bear Line and stay long Once price reclaims that line, shorting this action fights the flow. On this chart longs are the right trade about 90% of the time. Lesson 5: A hard tape is training time When the market is slow and thin, build your plan in the Trade Plan Builder, run the Core Strategy reps, chase the next badge. Monday AM Briefing # 824 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing The tape opened mixed, Dow lifting while NQ sat dead, and last night's Battle Plan said it plain. No high probability trade. Days like this are not for forcing size. They are for studying how the winners got held. Here is what today was teaching. Lesson 1: Hold the single runner Peel contracts at the next Strong Level, then keep one micro runner back. That runner is the easiest points you will ever make when the big move finally comes. Lesson 2: Know your true basis After you add and peel a contract, your platform re-tabulates off your last entry. A negative number on the screen can be a green trade. Track your real basis. Lesson 3: Play perfect chess Add to winners only at pre-planned Battle Plan levels, laddering below the RTH low. The board is mapped in advance, so each add is a move, not a gamble. Lesson 4: Long or flat when there is no edge When the plan shows no high probability entry, that is the answer. Forcing a trade into stuck, low probability price action hands back the week. Lesson 5: Earn the right to open the DOM Run the preflight. Rested, hydrated, Battle Plan reviewed, calendar checked, ready for a max loss day. Trade your system, not your opinion. AM Briefing — Friday, July 31, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing The week paid. Two days of several 100-point moves off mapped levels, and this morning price finally tagged the Bull Bear Line for 144 more. Now it is Friday, and yesterday was payday. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Never short a short covering rally When the map says long only, every dip is an entry and every short is a fight against forced buyers. Trade the side the tape is on. Lesson 2: Hold your runner behind protection layers Park your stop below several Strong Levels, not behind hope. A stop five points under the RTH low let the runner ride all the way to the Bull Bear Line. Lesson 3: Go into the weekend a winner Friday is for protecting the week. Trade smaller, tighten your leverage, and never try to claw back the week on the last day. Lesson 4: Reached target means null and void Once a Battle Plan trade hits its target it has done its job. Watch the level, do not chase a setup that already paid. Lesson 5: A slow tape is training time No high probability entry is a real decision. Thursday AM Briefing # 822 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

5 Lessons From Today's AM Briefing It was the day after FOMC, and that hangover can be as dangerous as the event. Microsoft and Meta had just reported, Apple and Amazon were coming tonight, and the news was stacked right on the open. Here is what today was actually teaching. Lesson 1: Earn the right to trade Build a pre-flight checklist and run it every session like a pilot walking the plane. When it is done, you have earned your seat, and you never lean on memory. Lesson 2: Set your risk while you are sober Decide your leverage and risk parameters before the chart has you emotional. You stick to numbers you chose calm, not numbers you invent mid-trade. Lesson 3: Hold the runner, press the winner Stop asking where you exit the moment you are green. Peel your first contracts, hold a lotto runner, and a normal trade can become a 100-point day. Lesson 4: Wait for your mapped level The muddy middle of the range offers nothing. Patience until price reaches Battle Plan 1 is what put traders on the FOMC runner today. Lesson 5: Never short a short-covering rally An upward-slanting VWAP with halfback reclaimed is the tell. Trade with that momentum, never against it. When the market has gone nowhere for days, let your Battle Plan stay lean… a thin chart deserves a thin plan. ▶️ Watch the briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLfd7qPwzfQ 📝 Full breakdown: https://microstrader.com/know-when-to-say-no-thank-you-am-briefing-821/ 📰 Blogger: https://microstrader.blogspot.com/2026/07/know-when-to-say-no-thank-you-am.html 🌅 Tomorrow's AM Briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FdHWkYqioMQ 🔴 Tomorrow's Live Stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9jjiJEhVTY Full show notes, charts & timeline: https://microstrader.com/know-when-to-say-no-thank-you-am-briefing-821/ The Trading Library — 140 free lessons from 1,000+ live sessions: https://microstrader.com/library/ Get today's ES/MES Battle Plan: https://microstrader.com/battleplan/ Watch the live stream — current session plus the AM Briefing and archive playlists: https://academy.microstrader.com/livestream/

Tuesday AM Briefing # 820 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

🌅 AM Briefing #820 — Know When To Stand Down Before FOMC The day before FOMC can turn into crappy price action, so the real trade is deciding whether you have earned the right to trade at all. 🛑 Stand Down when you are not the best you… if your health, emotions, or personal life are off, the market will find it, so keep the platform closed. ✈️ Run a full pre-flight check before you open your platform: emotionally ready, physically ready, enough time, plan and calendar green… then you are cleared for takeoff. 🎯 Never let a winner turn into a loser… take the break-even trade or the small loss, because sometimes all you need is a piece of the move. ➕ Plus one more that changes how you read a quiet tape: why a high-energy day is your cue to keep your powder dry instead of forcing trades… it's in the briefing. ▶️ Watch the briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=705OskffnCk 📝 Full breakdown: https://microstrader.com/am-briefing-820-know-when-to-stand-down-the-day-before-fomc/ 📰 Blogger: https://microstrader.blogspot.com/2026/07/am-briefing-820-know-when-to-stand-down.html 🌅 Tomorrow's AM Briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLfd7qPwzfQ 🔴 Tomorrow's Live Stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4VPHIhB1d40 Full show notes, charts & timeline: https://microstrader.com/am-briefing-820-know-when-to-stand-down-the-day-before-fomc/ The Trading Library — 140 free lessons from 1,000+ live sessions: https://microstrader.com/library/ Get today's ES/MES Battle Plan: https://microstrader.com/battleplan/ Today's live stream is FREE on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@microstrader/live

Monday AM Briefing # 819 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

🌅 AM Briefing #819 — Bulls Have Their Work Cut Out For Them Bulls had their work cut out for them… and did it in one swipe, gapping over the Battle Plan and covering half the expected range before the open. 🚫 When a gap jumps clean over your Battle Plan, do not chase the initial entry… treat it as an add on or Stand Down. 🗺️ Battle Plan numbers rank by LOCATION, not conviction… trade the first level price actually reaches, then hold the runner. 📓 The real edge is the work: journaling, refining your plan, and analyzing your own behavior with brutal honesty. ▶️ Watch the briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jdWVrItTlzc 📝 Full breakdown: https://microstrader.com/bulls-have-their-work-cut-out-for-them-am-briefing-819/ 📰 Blogger: https://microstrader.blogspot.com/2026/07/bulls-have-their-work-cut-out-for-them.html 🌅 Tomorrow's AM Briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=705OskffnCk 🔴 Tomorrow's Live Stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LDyjYBgbl8A Full show notes, charts & timeline: https://microstrader.com/bulls-have-their-work-cut-out-for-them-am-briefing-819/ The Trading Library — 140 free lessons from 1,000+ live sessions: https://microstrader.com/library/ Get today's ES/MES Battle Plan: https://microstrader.com/battleplan/ Watch the live stream — current session plus the AM Briefing and archive playlists: https://academy.microstrader.com/livestream/

Friday AM Briefing # 818 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

This ES futures morning briefing opens on one line of scripture… every prudent man acts with knowledge, but a fool lays open his folly. That is the whole session in a sentence. Acting with knowledge means you DO what you already know you’re supposed to do, whether you feel like it or not. No new drivers hit the tape today, so George walked the week of Battle Plan trades, the overnight long he’s still holding, and the Core Strategy that keeps a tired trader calm… fewer, higher-quality entries, risk first, and one lotto runner held behind your Strong Levels that can pay for the whole month. Thursday AM Briefing # 817 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

🌅 AM Briefing #817 — The 3-Contract System Rode This One All The Way Down Map your levels, hold your runner, and Stand Down when the move lacks violence… that's the spine of today's tape. 🚫 Don't add into a zone that's already chopped back and forth… when the area is that worked over, let the runner ride as-is. 🎯 Take the mapped short with the 3-Contract System, cap the negative runner at minus 3, and that tight risk lets you hold the single lotto runner all the way down. 📍 Catching longs with a limit order? Only place it at an edge where you know exactly where you're wrong. ➕ Plus one more that keeps you on the right side of a reversal: what to do with your stop when a short lands on the next Battle Plan long, and how to ladder back… in the briefing. ▶️ Watch the briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hDcpZcuzG7k 📝 Full breakdown: https://microstrader.com/am-briefing-817-%c2%b7-the-3-contract-system-rode-this-one-all-the-way-down/ 📰 Blogger: https://microstrader.blogspot.com/2026/07/am-briefing-817-3-contract-system-rode.html 🌅 Tomorrow's AM Briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bVqNpKyesDA 🔴 Tomorrow's Live Stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b_wuaKJK7PY Full show notes, charts & timeline: https://microstrader.com/am-briefing-817-%c2%b7-the-3-contract-system-rode-this-one-all-the-way-down/ The Trading Library — 140 free lessons from 1,000+ live sessions: https://microstrader.com/library/ Get today's ES/MES Battle Plan: https://microstrader.com/battleplan/ Watch the live stream — current session plus the AM Briefing and archive playlists: https://academy.microstrader.com/livestream/

Wednesday AM Briefing # 816 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

🌅 AM Briefing #816 — Return The Shopping Cart Discipline is the edge… prove you do what you say OFF the chart, and it holds when the money is live ON the chart. 🛒 Return the cart every time — build the evidence that you follow through, so when you say "I'm done for the day," you actually close the chart and walk. 🗺️ The Battle Plan's real job is keeping you on the RIGHT SIDE of price action… a mapped long beats a clean short you had no business taking. 📍 Trade LOCATION first: red zone means shorts, bottom of range means the first ladder long with a tight timing stop. ➕ Plus two more that decide your day at the tricky levels: when to Stand Down at a violent pendulum level, and why missing a clean setup costs you nothing — both in the briefing. ▶️ Watch the briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6mdRE5tqX8 📝 Full breakdown: https://microstrader.com/return-the-shopping-cart-am-briefing-816/ 📰 Blogger: https://microstrader.blogspot.com/2026/07/return-shopping-cart-am-briefing-816.html 🌅 Tomorrow's AM Briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hDcpZcuzG7k 🔴 Tomorrow's Live Stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z0MbGdcGAsQ Full show notes, charts & timeline: https://microstrader.com/return-the-shopping-cart-am-briefing-816/ The Trading Library — 140 free lessons from 1,000+ live sessions: https://microstrader.com/library/ Get today's ES/MES Battle Plan: https://microstrader.com/battleplan/ Watch the live stream — current session plus the AM Briefing and archive playlists: https://academy.microstrader.com/livestream/

Tuesday AM Briefing # 815 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

🌅 AM Briefing #815 — You Don't Have To Be In Every Trade On a scrappy summer day, know exactly where you are on the chart before you click… and let the higher-quality Battle Plan trades come to you. 😴 You won't catch every move, and sometimes the best setup prints while you're asleep — take the quality trades you're awake for and grab small money when small money is what the tape pays. 🧭 Sitting on POC between Value Area Low and Value Area High is the muddy middle — that's a park, not an edge. Wait for the boundaries where your risk is defined. 📋 Read the Battle Plan NOTES, not just the level: BP1 in the middle of the range is an ADD to a winning long from below, never an initial entry. ➕ Plus one more that reframes a slow session: why fewer, higher-quality, pre-planned trades beat scrambling for scraps in the chop — in the briefing. ▶️ Watch the briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVeMyR8MYco 📰 Blogger: https://microstrader.blogspot.com/2026/07/am-briefing-815-you-dont-have-to-be-in.html 🌅 Tomorrow's AM Briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6mdRE5tqX8 🔴 Tomorrow's Live Stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_kx4VS7o7Y The Trading Library — 140 free lessons from 1,000+ live sessions: https://microstrader.com/library/ Get today's ES/MES Battle Plan: https://microstrader.com/battleplan/ Today's live stream is FREE on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@microstrader/live

Monday AM Briefing # 814 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

🌅 AM Briefing #814 — You Don't Have To Trade 23 Hours A Day The market runs 23 hours… you don't have to. Discipline, rest, and a plan beat grinding the tape all night. 📖 Act with knowledge: apply your education, apply your technical analysis, and stay inside your risk parameters — the impulsive, overconfident trader is the one who blows up. 😴 Futures are open 23 hours a day, but you're not — protect your brain, accept you'll miss moves, and sharpen your edge on the hours you're actually awake for. 🎯 Rehearse before you risk: the new Battle Plan Boot Camp lets you replay real Battle Plans on the actual candles until the plan becomes instinct. ➕ Plus two more that separate a take from a skip: why a perfectly valid short is still a SKIP when it fights a position you already hold, and how to trade under the Bull Bear Line — both in the briefing. ▶️ Watch the briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPHG92HNWLk 📝 Full breakdown: https://microstrader.com/you-dont-have-to-trade-23-hours-a-day-am-briefing-814/ 📰 Blogger: https://microstrader.blogspot.com/2026/07/you-dont-have-to-trade-23-hours-day-am.html 🌅 Tomorrow's AM Briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVeMyR8MYco 🔴 Tomorrow's Live Stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AJjlDDqI01o Full show notes, charts & timeline: https://microstrader.com/you-dont-have-to-trade-23-hours-a-day-am-briefing-814/ The Trading Library — 140 free lessons from 1,000+ live sessions: https://microstrader.com/library/ Get today's ES/MES Battle Plan: https://microstrader.com/battleplan/ Watch the live stream — current session plus the AM Briefing and archive playlists: https://academy.microstrader.com/livestream/

    AM Briefing — Friday, July 17, 2026 | ES & MES Futures

🌅 AM Briefing #813 — Judge Your Battle Plan On One Thing The Bull Bear Line was mapped, defended, and PAID all week — so grade the whole plan on one question: did it keep you on the right side of price action? 🎯 Judge your plan on ONE thing: did it keep you on the right side of price action, hunting the right trades in the right locations? Stay out of the muddy middle. 🔁 You CAN take the same Battle Plan trade more than once… especially when it gets mapped more than once. The same level paid day after day this week. 🪜 The first ladder is the RISKIEST trade on the board — when you're laddering down under the Bull Bear Line, take the second ladder or the Apex, never the first rung. ➕ Plus four more that sharpen how you press and defend: when the counter short is actually the play, when adding to a winner is earned, and why below the line every long is a counter-trade — all in the briefing. ▶️ Watch the briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kNrMFd5jaiw 📝 Full breakdown: https://microstrader.com/am-briefing-813-judge-your-battle-plan-on-the-right-side-of-price-action/ 📰 Blogger: https://microstrader.blogspot.com/2026/07/am-briefing-813-judge-your-battle-plan.html Full show notes, charts & timeline: https://microstrader.com/am-briefing-813-judge-your-battle-plan-on-the-right-side-of-price-action/ The Trading Library — 140 free lessons from 1,000+ live sessions: https://microstrader.com/library/ Get today's ES/MES Battle Plan: https://microstrader.com/battleplan/ Watch the live stream — current session plus the AM Briefing and archive playlists: https://academy.microstrader.com/livestream/

Thursday AM Briefing # 812 | MES Micros Futures Trading | Live Trading Room. | Key Levels & Setups

🌅 AM Briefing #812 — Range Rules Rule Name the tape first: this is RANGE TRADING, and once you map the edges it gets easy — buy the bottom, sell the top, and hold a runner for the day it breaks. 🧭 Name it to trade it: call the tape range trading and the confusion disappears — buy the bottom, sell the top. 🏷️ Tag the day before OPEX in your journal — you can't spot a pattern in conditions you never labeled. 🔁 The best trade repeats: the same long off the bull-bear line paid ~50 two and three days running… go back to the well you already mapped. ➕ Plus two more that decide whether a slow week becomes a home run: how to bank the range trade while keeping a runner for the break, and the pre-flight check that keeps you trading your system and not your opinion — both in the briefing. ▶️ Watch the briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dtxcKDU8JDU 📝 Full breakdown: https://microstrader.com/am-briefing-812-%c2%b7-range-rules-rule-map-the-edges-get-paid-on-the-break/ 📰 Blogger: https://microstrader.blogspot.com/2026/07/am-briefing-812-range-rules-rule-map.html 🌅 Tomorrow's AM Briefing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kNrMFd5jaiw 🔴 Tomorrow's Live Stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=utJvJ31qPIw Full show notes, charts & timeline: https://microstrader.com/am-briefing-812-%c2%b7-range-rules-rule-map-the-edges-get-paid-on-the-break/ The Trading Library — 140 free lessons from 1,000+ live sessions: https://microstrader.com/library/ Get today's ES/MES Battle Plan: https://microstrader.com/battleplan/ Watch the live stream — current session plus the AM Briefing and archive playlists: https://academy.microstrader.com/livestream/
