When a client always seems to be looking for the next great tool or the constantly has new ideas; you have to stay ahead of them. He came to MAG to buy strategy first and foremost. He doesn’t want to just see the revenue go up, he wants to know what the plan is 3, 6, or 12 months from now so his business doesn’t just grow, it’s thriving and sustainable. The client also has a habit of jumping around topics in our calls and to keep them efficient, one thing Steven said that really stuck out was; “Going west is a strategy. Going through Salt Lake to Reno is a tactic…navigate the conversation to keep it on strategy, the tactics can be handled through email” (Paraphrasing)Vision, direction, and strategy needs to be the focus and it needs to be communicated regularly so the client sees and understands the value, and bring the data to back it up.At the end of the call, we also spoke a bit about why I’ve stayed at MAG for what will be 4 years coming up in July and the posts today are a good example: The knowledge base is unmatched and the company is always looking to improve. If there’s a problem or something doesn’t work, it gets the attention it needs until it’s fixed. Not at all something I can say for most companies I’ve worked. It’s easy to stay when you know you’ve got a mountain of information to draw from and a great team working alongside you. Thanks Steven Pope for the call and the input! #AmazonSEO #AmazonProductImage #AmazonFBA2024 #AmazonTips → Use Data Dive with code MAG for exclusive savings!↳ https://2.datadive.tools/subscription/subscribe?ref=otkxnwu&coupon=MAG-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Join My Amazon Guy on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/28605816/Follow us:Twitter: https://twitter.com/myamazonguyInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/stevenpopemag/Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/myamazonguys/Please subscribe to the podcast at: https://podcast.myamazonguy.comApple Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/my-amazon-guy/id1501974229Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/4A5ASHGGfr6s4wWNQIqyVwTimestamps:0:00 - Introduction: The Inventory Crisis0:08 - Addressing Demand and Inventory Problems0:36 - Transforming Your Role: From Brand Manager to Business Manager1:00 - Utilizing LinkedIn to Crowdsource Solutions1:30 - Becoming a Manufacturing Expert2:00 - Building a Comprehensive Business Plan2:25 - Exploring Financing Options for Growth2:42 - Maintaining Client Retention and Adding Value3:05 - Innovative Solutions and Competitor Insights3:39 - Engaging with Industry Leaders for Problem-SolvingSupport the show
