An Introduction to the Chakra System

from Nature Hold Me · host Madison Mindset

Text me your thoughts/questionsWelcome Magical Human 🦋In this episode we are beginning to explore the Chakra System. The Chakras are over 4000 years old and have been used in self healing for many many years in Eastern philosophy. I have been studying the Chakras deeply for a year and a half now and using it for my own healing and for client healing so I wanted to share a little taster of the Chakra System with you today before we dive into a 7 week Chakra series! The Eastern Philosophy of healing/how the body works and modern science is really beginning to line up which is very exciting. Learning to utilise these ancient systems for healing/balance as well as Modern Medicine is a beautiful gift we all can learn about and start using.I dive briefly  into each Chakra and discuss simple ways to bring more awareness to your body's energy system and use that for daily self healing. I hope you have many "Ah-hah" moments throughout this episode!Enjoy 🙏🏼You are Pure Magic ✨Love,Madison xxDisclaimer: I speak about Modern Medicine not being the only way for healing. I am not in any way discrediting Modern Medicine - I believe we are incredibly blessed to have access to the doctors/hospitals etc that we do. It is so needed in our world and I am grateful. I am only bringing to your attention that our body is an intelligent machine that is capable of healing itself (within reason - there will be times with Modern Medicine is the way). When we combine eastern philosophy with modern medicine - it is a powerful combination for healing. Never underestimate the power of the body/mind connection.Let's Connect:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/madison_mindset/Facebook: Madison MindsetPinterest: Madison MindsetEmail: [email protected] Map:2:30 - What are the Chakras? + Eastern Philosophy for Healing8:00 - Chakras in daily life9:00 - Eastern Philosophy & Modern Science lining up...9:40 - Explaining one Chakra at a time31:45 - Daily Healing with ChakrasSupport the showYoga with Madison - Join my Online Yoga Studio here: https://www.madisonmindset.com.au/beginRead my blog (posted Monday to Friday every week): https://www.madisonmindset.com.au/blogStay Connected:Instagram - @natureholdme (Podcast) - @madison_mindset (all me)Email - [email protected] the Magical Patreon Space 🪬🪞I appreciate your love.
