So, as the weather begins to cool and we head toward winter, we thought it'd be a good time to check back in on how things are going in Madison. Charlie Wills from Charlie Wills Team Real Estate Partners and Ryan Smith from Guild Mortgage join Nate to discuss the trends of late from both a buying/selling and lending perspective.
