Whatsapp messages on the electronic device of Witness F have been cited to be the main argument at the Madlanga Commission for yet another postponement.  Witness F's legal counsel Hartley Ngoato has filed a formal application with the High Court interdicting the use of WhatsApp texts at the Commission.  Chief Evidence Leader for the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry Advocate Matthew Chaskalson SC has highlighted that the High Court application can only be heard on the 10th of February, derailing any prospects of the Witness testifying this week...
