Ana - a.k.a - 5 houses, 5 years!

A little something different on the pod today! First of all, Jess is playing host to a friend of hers, Ana. Ana is one of those friends you walk away from feeling revitalised, inspired and motivated. The owner of a new business venture (created in lockdown 2020) and mother of soon to be three, Ana has a lot on her plate. We discuss her pathway into property investing (including selling a side hustle organic tampon business at the age of 25), buying five houses in five years (and then five houses in one year!), and dealing with the likes of Tall Poppy Syndrome and death threats in her DMs (there's never a valid excuse). With a work ethic that can only be described as inspiring with some pretty crazy albeit clearly effective lifestyle habits, Ana is nothing but a powerhouse and we love watching her business grow.
