Ana QuintanaAna founded Crocus in 2021 after purchasing the assets of the technical group of UPD Consulting, her previous firm. She is an expert in education technology, performance management, and statistical analysis. Ana led her teams with large deployments of technology systems with states, school districts, universities, nonprofits, and other organizations across the country. She led the design of an open-source, Ed-Fi compliant, early warning system module, a talent management module, and the Educator Preparation Data Model (EPDM). Ana has over 22 years of experience in public and private sector analytics and consultancy leading to measurable results in the implementation of methodologies, process reengineering, and business solutions in the fields of risk management, finance, education, and policy creation. She has strong analytical skills that make her an expert in using data to inform organizational decision-making.
