He held the Guinness World Record for completing the Ocean 7 in just 355 days (recently surpassed) and achieved the fastest cumulative time across all seven swims at 63 hours. Along the way, Andy set records for the fastest Cook Strait Channel Swim (4 hours, 33 minutes) and the 45.9km circumnavigation of Manhattan Island (5 hours, 41 minutes), beating the previous record by only 2 minutes.In this episode, Andy opens up about the intense physical and mental challenges of the Ocean 7 journey.
