Pennard Vets became an Employee Owned Trust, making them the largest veterinary practice of this kind in the UK.They placed a majority share of the business in a trust for its employees, benefitting them all equally. After a year of uncertainty for the team with COVID 19 and rising the the challenge, they have been rewarded with the Employee Owned Trust.
