Andy Wind Interview - ESR 41

This week I had the pleasure of interviewing Andy Wind - an old friend of mine who entered the ultrarunning scene fairly recently and has taken some big podium spots, like 3rd place overall at Run Rabbit Run 100-miler and 3rd place overall at Zion 100k. We sat down to discuss ultras, training, recovery, and the importance of doing hard things.
